Mingma Tamang

Hi everyone, surgical society cultivates a space where individuals can pursue their interests in hands-on clinical practice. Having engaged with the society’s events, I recognise the level of commitment and dedication required to deliver high-quality opportunities for members. I believe my previous experience as an executive committee member for another society has made me well equipped to take on this role.

I have first-hand experience in leading the planning and delivery of successful workshops, as well as effectively liaising with clinical lecturers. I also have experience in supporting the committee in running the acute care conference. I therefore understand the need for a strong collaborative approach and strategic planning. I am confident in my coordination and organisational abilities, and I am looking forward to sharing and implementing my experiences within the surgical society.

I hope to play a role in helping to arrange surgical society’s events, engaging with professionals in the field of surgery for potential talks, and collaborating with other societies. With your support, I am looking forward to working with all of you!
