Tom Philips

Being on the subcommitee for three IPRASS conferences this year has granted me a huge insight into how surgical conferences are run. Additionally, being on the speakers and demos team for Emergencies In Plastics has taught me how complicated these events are and I'd love to use the skills I've learnt in this role. One of my main areas of interest is developing contemporary workshops and this has stemmed from a conversation with Mr Eccles (GOSH Plastic Surgeon) who I plan to develop a craniofacial workshop with. I'd love to talk to and collaborate with more surgeons that may have ideas on new and exciting workshops for future conferences and make these a reality.
