Hi guys, I'm Han! You might know me as your Y1 Academic Rep! I'm running again because I loved working with you, and improving BMB.

Last year, I didn't just raise concerns, I actively tracked them through until something changed:

• Campaigned for review of CBI’s difficult tAPPs, securing a slower pace during tAPP explanations → less exam anxiety, better understanding
• Advocated for better Lab Pod GTA training → no more conflicting instructions mid-labs
• Drove earlier LP1 feedback, securing checkpoint and check-sheet reviews ahead of Term 3 → you know where you stand before it’s too late to fix
• Pushing for INTS consolidation session to be exam-question focused, not just recall → sessions that actually prepare you for the exam you’ll sit

So what does another year of me get you?

• Feedback acted on fast. I drove survey response rates as high as 100 students; I’ll keep that engagement up and push module leads to respond and follow through consistently.
• A rep who shows up. I’ll keep building on the relationships I’ve built with faculty, so your voice carries weight.
• Real support for the hardest year. Y2 brings GEN, LP2 and a heavier lab load just as the course gets harder. I’ll push for clearer guidance and better pacing on the modules students flag as toughest.
