Hi, I am Ammar, a 2nd Year JMC student. Union Council exists to scrutinise, challenge, and hold officers to account. I want your vote to follow the money and make sure engineering students get real value.

Scrutinise the Union budget: I will ask where every major pot of money goes, question unethical investments, and challenge officers to invest in student life instead.
Hold officers to account: I will use Council questions to require evidence, timelines, and outcomes for major financial decisions.
Protect academic resources: I will pressure for spending on labs, software, equipment, and study spaces that directly support engineering students.
Review cost-of-living support: I will examine whether Union hardship funds, food subsidies, and bursaries reach students who need them.
Work with departmental reps: I will gather concerns from all engineering departments and bring a united case to Council.

I will not just vote. I will question, verify, and challenge. Vote Ammar for a rep who follows the money and fights for engineering students.
