Hi everyone! I'm Aymen, a first-year Molecular Bioengineering student, passionate about women's health, innovation, and making FemTech opportunities accessible to everyone.
My vision includes:
- SPONSORSHIP STRATEGY
- I'll build a structured outreach pipeline — identifying companies at the intersection of healthcare, biotech, and women's tech. Clear decks, consistent follow-up, and meaningful partnerships that actually deliver for members.
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT BACKGROUND
- My experience at HS Consultants — generating trend analysis, optimising engagement, and collaborating on networking events — translates directly into crafting compelling sponsorship proposals and managing relationships.
- HEALTHCARE AT MY CORE
- As HR Manager at Nixor Hospital, I ran programmes serving 2,000+ patients monthly, providing 250+ women free menstrual products including gynaecological health initiatives. I understand why FemTech matters — not just as a market, but as a mission.
I'll pursue three tiers of partnerships:
- Startup partners who can provide mentorship, research opportunities, and exciting projects to work on
- Corporate partners who can support flagship events and society initiatives such as hackathons, industry panels and the FemTech Conference
- Community and healthcare organisations that share our vision for advancing women’s health innovation
My goal: ensure FemTech Society has the resources to be the most impactful women-in-STEM society at Imperial.
