Hey everyone!

My names Harshit and I'm excited to run for Sponsor Liaison and Industrial Events Coordinator.

One of DoCSoc's biggest strengths is that it has massive monetary backing from all of its sponsors, our flagship events like ICHack can't happen at the scale they do without it. I want to make sure that we continue to be able to run our events and have the ability to host more events to improve those LinkedIn profiles and get to do more chill events to get to know each other better and experience London at subsidised rates (more West End tickets PLEASEE).

I want to focus more on:

* Depth of Sponsors - On top of all our brilliant sponsors from finance and tech, I want to bring sponsors form fields you wouldn't expect to be able to work in with a computing background. I believe that this would further help inform us about ourselves what we want to pursue in the future.

* Workshops - I would also love to try bring in more companies to run workshops where we can learn new skills not covered in lectures or not covered for a while. This would increase our knowledge depth and would give us a taster for different modules we would have to choose between later on. (I just want to get those internships gang)
