Surgical: Trauma Conference Chair

Hey everyone!

I’m Aron, running to be your next Trauma Conference Chair. This year I chaired the Orthopaedics Conference which hosted 120+ delegates, and I’m currently President of Cardiosoc, so I’ve experienced what it takes to lead a team, deliver high-quality events, and manage the logistics that make everything run smoothly on the day.

My vision for Trauma is to make it bigger, more accessible, and more internationally recognised, while building on the strong foundation and speaker success from previous years.

My focus areas:

International outreach + accessibility
I want to grow our delegate base beyond Imperial by strengthening international links and making Trauma easier to engage with — clearer info, better visibility, and a conference that feels welcoming to everyone.
Broaden the speaker lineup
Building on previous successes, I’ll expand the range of speakers across trauma, orthopaedics, ED, anaesthetics/ ITU and pre-hospital care — prioritising talks with practical decision-making and real case lessons.
Creative, consistent content + marketing
A structured campaign featuring trailer videos, educational series, BTS content, and “Trauma TV” will drive early ticket sales, keep engagement high, and strengthen the conference’s reputation year on year.
