Sulaiman Sajjad

Hi everyone! Our names are Sulaiman and Arushika, currently fourth year medics, and we are running to be the co-chairs of next year’s Surgical Oncology Conference. We enjoyed the experience of being delegates at the conference this year, and would love to take on the responsibility of running the event next year. Between us, we have the right skills and experience for the role. These include past committee experiences as SurgSoc General Executive and helping to run the International Trauma conference, committee experience in sports like IC cricket, and involvement in cultural events like EMW and JB . We have also had many teaching roles such as being tutors for OSCE and CPA and delivering lectures for the MedED BRS Crash course. These roles have helped us gain invaluable skills of working in a team, being organised, and cultivating a positive learning experience for our peers.
