Hi, I’m Max, your candidate for the Ethics and Environment role. I am currently studying M.Sc. Biomedical Engineering (Biomechanics). I grew up in Bonn and did my Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering at RWTH Aachen. During my undergrad, I worked on many projects with a strong focus on Energy and Environmental Engineering. Although I ultimately decided to pursue Biomedical Engineering for my postgraduate studies, I still have a great passion for environmental topics and sustainability.

In my free time, I love playing sports, especially kitesurfing and football, even though I’m not particularly good at either! Furthermore, I plan to join the Debating Society this year and am generally very interested in (social) politics.

Here are a few bullet points on why I believe I can represent you quite well in this role:

International Experience: Having studied and worked in Germany, France, Australia, Scotland, and England, I have seen various approaches to environmental and ethical issues across the globe.
Extroverted: I am not afraid to speak up for you and push for greener, more ethical practices. Thanks to my passion for political debates, I also bring the necessary experience for this.
Efficient: As a German, it is in my nature to be very efficient. I will always do my best to drive our initiatives forward as quickly as possible.
