Academic Hat: Raising workload, deadlines and assessment issues with staff, and making sure your needs are met.

Listening Hat: Taking your concerns to the right people and telling you what happens. Anonymous feedback is more than welcome, because not everything is easy to say out loud.

Careers Hat: Collaborating with ChemEngSoc to give you real internship advice and opportunities, even for all you finance people.

You shouldn't have to wonder whether the department knows something isn't working. I'll make sure they do.
