What I want to bring:

• Better access to resources - making sure the Mech Eng Google Drive is well used
• Guidance whenever you need it - helping you find the right answers for your academic questions
• A clear channel for your feedback - and keeping you updated on what happens

My experience:

• As Head of School, I ran pupil voice schemes and met with staff to communicate students' needs and turn feedback into action.

• Many students approached me for advice and guidance. I didn't always know the answers, but I made sure to find the right people who could help. That's what I want to bring to MechEng: being approachable, listening to your concerns and finding solutions rather than making empty promises.

• As a Warrant Officer in my school CCF, I've worked with staff to improve access to resources and create more opportunities for cadets.
