Joonmin Lee

Hi everyone, I'm Joonmin, and I'm honoured to be running as YOUR Year One Academic Representative. Being a part of our aeronautics year one cohort is something I am very grateful for; it is a rare opportunity to be in such a large group of people with similar interests, skills, and competence. Yet, as an international student myself, I am very much aware of our diverse nature and differences in individual goals and needs. So, my vision for our cohort moving forward is clear: I would like to create an environment where we can all come together and collaborate towards success.

In my role as academic representative, I will give my utmost effort to promote clear and easy communication, both within the students and with our teaching faculty. With this goal in mind, I promise two things: first, an easily accessible online form where you can submit proposals, suggestions, or concerns anytime; and second, monthly posts listing what I’ve been doing for our cohort, so that everyone can stay updated and involved.

So, whether it's about tight deadlines, confusing study material, or simply a lecture you want to complain about, I will be there as someone you can talk to, and I will make your voice heard. Vote Joonmin, and let’s work together to have a successful and amazing first year.
