The 3's are entering a new era - an era where our Aero legends who have carried this team on their backs for years won't be repping the mighty navy blue. It is time for a new era of young players to take the reins of the club. Under me, Ansh Sharma, the 3's will urge to reach new heights as follows:

• WILL WIN Medics Varsity and LSE Varsity.
• Reward consistency in nets and games.
• Urge rotation to allow players who do not play as much to get a chance.
• NO ONE will go fine leg to fine leg for more than 6 overs (4 in LUSL).
• Emphasis on fielding drills during summer term.
• Will be fined and fine others excessively.
• Increase YOUR value as a cricketer.

All jokes aside, I have been playing cricket since the ripe age of 4. I have played for many teams in India and clubs in the UK, being familiar with conditions everywhere. I might be the most avid cricket nuffy in the IC, and I promise you I can teach you something about the game you didn't know before. I have been coached by former Indian openers, Indian opening bowlers (Venkatesh Prasad) and the mighty Stevie Wonder (Anik). Regardless, the 3's will forever stay massive.
