Hi everyone! I’m Buse, a first year biologist, and I’m running to be your next Sponsorship Officer!

I previously co-chaired a Biology Festival and initiated contact with all of our sponsors, securing funding for the entire event. I learned how exciting it is to turn ideas into reality with the right support, and I want to bring that energy to our society.

With the right connections, we can run bigger events, host more workshops and make our society even more fun and rewarding for everyone. I want BioSoc to be a hub of creativity and opportunities for all aspiring biologists.

As someone who actively engages with professionals and firms through LinkedIn and networking events, I am committed to leveraging my experience to secure valuable partnerships for our society. I’m hard-working, driven, and have sponsorship in my blood. I’m taking over the role from my dear biomum Inez and ready to take it even further!
