Radiology Society: Research Lead

Hi everyone, I’m running for Research Lead of Radiology Society

Over the past couple of years, I’ve become really interested in radiology — not just for the clinical side, but for how research drives it forward. From AI and machine learning to interventional innovation, radiology sits right at the intersection of medicine and technology, and that’s what makes it so exciting.

If elected, I want to make research feel accessible rather than intimidating. That means clear guidance on how to get involved (even if you’ve never done research before), connecting students with projects and supervisors, and running practical sessions on abstracts, audits, and getting your name on papers. I’d also love to create more opportunities to collaborate on society-led projects.

I’m approachable, organised, and genuinely committed to helping people build strong, realistic research portfolios.

If you want a Research Lead who’ll actively create opportunities and support you through them, I’d really appreciate your vote. Thank you!
