Saashi Ghaie
Plastic Surgery: Social Media / Publicity Officer
Hi everyone, I’m excited to run for the role of iPRAS Publicity Officer!
Having been part of the iPRAS subcommittee this year, I’ve seen how much work goes into organising successful events and how effective publicity is in ensuring events reach the right audience.
In such a saturated conference space, strong branding and consistent engagement are what will set iPRAS apart.
If elected, I would focus on:
- Strategic promotion timelines - Structured countdowns, speaker spotlights, workshop previews and early engagement posts to build anticipation
- Reels - Short reels featuring consultants, workshop demos and behind-the-scenes preparation to increase reach and engagement.
- Expanding reach beyond Imperial - Targeted outreach to other London and UK medical schools to increase delegate diversity and grow iPRAS’ external presence.
My aim would be to ensure iPRAS maintains a strong, recognisable brand while maximising engagement and attendance across all events.
I would love the opportunity to contribute to strengthening iPRAS’ visibility and impact.
