Jahnavi Giridhar

Hiya everyone! I'm Jahnavi, and I'm running to be your Hindu Society Publicity Officer.

Imperial HinduSoc is an amazing community that unites people across this university. From the weekly Chit, Chat and Chais to Diwali Ball, everyone here has been so warm and friendly, and I've enjoyed every bit of it. Now, I want to give back to the society that welcomed me so well since starting here in September, by getting this society out to the masses.

Why I am a good fit for the role:

• Experience in Digital Design: Do you have that one relative who's in charge of making the invites for all the family functions? Yep, that's me. But that aside, I have quite a bit of experience in designing graphics, so rest assured that you will have someone who is slightly too well versed in Canva.
• Content Creation Skills: Video editing is a big hobby of mine, and I would love to get the chance to use those skills to create reels for our society, to make sure that everyone at this university (and beyond) knows about our events!
• Creativity: From marketing events to festival posts, I am ready to work on it all, to deliver the strongest brand identity for HinduSoc yet.

What I'll bring:
