Hi, I'm Atharva, and I'm running for Sanskaar Coordinator.

For a lot of us, whether you've moved across the world or just a few hours from home, coming to university can mean leaving behind the religious and cultural routines we grew up with. The festivals, the aartis, the comfort of being around your people. I want to help bring that back here.

For me, the weekly aarti was always a constant, and I want to make sure that same feeling is available to everyone at Imperial. I'd love to help organise our aartis as warm, low-pressure gatherings; a space to show up, have a chai, have a chat, and just feel at home.

Beyond that, I want to make sure our cultural and religious practices are celebrated with care and consistency; not just on big occasions, but week to week, in small and meaningful ways.

I'd also love to organise casual socials (movie nights, quiz nights, informal discussions) where we can connect, have fun, and explore Hindu philosophy, stories and traditions together in a relaxed setting.

HinduSoc has the potential to be a real community here at Imperial, not just a society you're a member of, but one you actually feel part of. I'd love to help make that happen.
