Women in Business is more than a society — it is a network of ambitious, driven women who will go on to lead across industries. If elected as Head of Internal and Alumni Relations, my goal is to strengthen that network from within and ensure it lasts far beyond university.
Since joining Imperial, I have actively engaged in Women in Business Society building strong peer relationships while consistently maintaining a high academic standard. I have learned that long-term success is built on strong internal collaboration and meaningful external connections.
If elected, I will focus on two key priorities:
First, strengthening our internal community. I want every member from first year to final year, to feel welcomed and included. I will encourage closer collaboration between committees and organise smaller bonding events that allow genuine connections to form.
Second, building a stronger alumni bridge. Our alumni are an invaluable source of insight. I will work to develop a more structured alumni database, organise alumni panels and networking evenings, and create mentorship pairings that allow current members to learn directly from women who were once in their position.
If elected, I will dedicate myself to building relationships that do not end at graduation, but continue to empower our members long into their careers.
