Opportunities only matter if people know about them. Good marketing is what ensures the right people see them.

I’m a third year medical student running for Head of Marketing for Women in Business because I want to help ensure the society’s events, initiatives, and opportunities reach as many students as possible.

Women in Business plays an important role in creating visibility for women exploring careers in competitive industries where representation is still growing. Clear and effective marketing helps ensure those opportunities reach the students who would benefit from them most.

As Head of Marketing, I would focus on keeping the society’s communication clear, consistent, and engaging so members always know what is happening and feel encouraged to get involved. Strong marketing not only helps events reach the right audience but also strengthens the society’s presence across the wider student community.

I’m organised, reliable, and enjoy thinking about how ideas are presented and shared. I would work closely with the committee to make sure the society’s events and initiatives are communicated effectively and continue to attract strong engagement throughout the year.
