Rucha Potdukhe

Hi! I'm Rucha, a penultimate year Medical Biosciences with Management student.

As a current Women in Business committee member, I have attended numerous WIB events and I would love to get involved to help others learn more about careers within business, finance and consulting. My career goals centre around consulting, and the Women in Business Society has been pivotal in shaping my career path so I would love to give back to the society. As a candidate for the secretary position, I am committed to making sure operations run smoothly and we provide the best possible experience for our members.

So why vote for me?
• I have experience with WIB events as current WIB Secretary e.g. panel events, socials etc which has helped me develop time management skills
• I worked as a management consulting intern over the summer, which has helped expand my organisational and teamwork skills for this role

My goal as Secretary would be to:
1 Prioritise feedback to provide the best possible experience for members
2 Organise and manage committee relations efficiently
3 Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that supports the goals of everyone!
