I’m running for Secretary because I genuinely care about our club and want to help it run as smoothly and successfully as possible.

Having previously been Social Sec, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to the club, which taught me how much communication and behind-the-scenes work goes into keeping everything running well. Part of that role was ensuring everyone felt welcomed and valued, which I intend to continue as Secretary. I understand how the committee operates and what it takes to deliver for our members.

I’m organised, reliable, and a strong communicator, which are key qualities for a Secretary. I’ll make sure information is shared clearly and on time, and nothing gets overlooked. With good structure in place, everyone can focus on enjoying football and performing at their best.

A key part of this role is supporting the Club Captain, and I’m fully committed to doing that. I’ll help manage emails, respond promptly, and keep communication streamlined so the captain isn’t carrying everything alone.

I’m also genuinely excited about stash. We need strong designs, and I’d love to help make sure our kit reflects the energy and identity of our club.

Most importantly, I LOVE this club!! I want to help maintain a positive, inclusive environment where every member feels supported.

If elected, I’ll work hard to support the captain and the wider committee, ensuring everything runs efficiently for all members. I’m ready to put the work in behind the scenes TO CONTINUE THE IMWFC LEGACYYYY!!!
