Hi guys my name is Christa and I am running for MD of ICGC….again!

The Lord has shown me so much during my season as an MD this year I have had many ups and downs 😔 BUT I don’t think he is done with me yet.

One thing I have clocked this year is Jesus’ presence deeply embedded in this society. At every rehearsal - He is there, at every showcase - He is there, at every social - He is there. When I’m in tears because I can’t hear the harmony 🫣 - He is very much there! He’s covered this society with His precious blood. His presence is so tangible and I believe that if we want more people saved they got to encounter Jesus firsthand. What better place to experience Him at ICGC where we know for certain that He’s there.

We must continue to do what we are doing by creating space to welcome new and old members so they get to experience Jesus through musical sound. This burden sits heavy on my heart hence I know this is a calling from Him.

I want to see people grow in faith like I did through ICGC. Everything that should be done should be done for God I just love Him too much to ignore the calling……although I was very close to ignoring it 🫣. But that’s a story for another day!! Maybe when we are all married with kids🙂‍↔️
