Carol Kennedy

Hello! My name is Carol, I am an undergraduate Chemistry student and I'm running for a position in Marketing in WSET. I am motivated to join the WSET Media Team as I am inspired by the focus of this society to encourage and empower women from SET backgrounds, creating a community where women, science and technology are celebrated. As an organised and reliable individual, I am confident in my ability to coordinate with the WSET team and manage deadlines. My strong communication and time management skills will enable me to work alongside the Media Team to consistently and professionally deliver quality promotional materials. I have experience using platforms such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop to create digital content, and I am enthusiastic about producing visually compelling marketing materials to promote WSET events, highlight our members' achievements, and to improve our online presence and outreach. I am excited to contribute to the growth of WSET and increase our impact in the wider community.
