After being an active member of consultancy society for over a year and participating in two consecutive ICG projects back to back and winning the CBS case consultancy challenge - I understand better than most the value of a strong relationship and a memorable conversation. After all life is about who you know.
Spending the last year as the director of coorpoerate and university relations for the Google Developer Student Club and a Student Trustee on the Imperial College Union Board of Directors - I've made an array of meaningful connections that I hope to forward to consultancy society - openeing a door for every memeber of the next generation into management, strategy, finacial consultants and more. I've already developed an obsessive compulsion refreshing my inbox every 10 minutes for spring weeks and summer internships - using these skills for good to bring big bigger and better sponsors for ICCS isn't a challenge but rather a redirection.
My Three Pronged Approach for ICCS:
- Diversify sponsorship across consultancy sectors (Financial, Healthcare, Engineering, etc) to reflect Imperial’s broad range of STEM and Non-STEM degrees.
- Organise more inter-university consulting competitions to expand student collaboration and networks.
- Deliver more interactive workshops and office visits with major sponsors to help students fast-track applications
