Fellwanderers (Imperial Hiking Society): Deputy President Socials

Hi! I am Eliška/Ellie, a second-year Physics student.

Last year I was Deputy President of Logistics and enjoyed doing muddy laundry, obtaining new bruises every week and cooking and eating delicious slop so much I am running for Deputy President of Socials now! I love hiking and have thoroughly enjoyed all the shenanigans and joys of being on committee this year.

The only thing I love more than hiking is diabolical fellwanderers socials (such as the impromptu *cough* *cough* Book of Mormon collection and display in stores, 7.5 hour teabreak, ....)

I have lotssss of ideas for socials including but not limited to:

continuing Friday teabreaks 💪(ofc) with pastries (preferrably provided by anyone but me, i cannot bake to save my life 😭)
!!! adding Wednesday Board games for all the medics and other students who can't join Friday teabreaks !!!
Fellwanderers Olympics (i.e. cleaning out stores and doing inventory - yes i wanna use the freshers as free labour 😁, pls dont tell union 🙏)

pub crawls
flat crawl slop nights 😋
hiking gear swap for members (auction style??)
more karaoke nights
cooking challenge using only equipment from stores
performative hiker competition but better
powerpoint night
orientation challenges & no-tech events/hikes

I crave to be enslaved in the kitchen cooking more delicious slop and providing delicious supreme Czech snacks to everyone that will mog all other snacks.

Hiking may have drained my bank account but it has filled my heart ❤️🫶. pls vote for me🙏
