I'm Yoyo, and I’m running to be your 2026 Bioengineering Vice President. Last year, I was honoured to be the Publicity Officer, where I was heavily involved in organising and supporting a range of BioEng events, including HealthHack, the annual Christmas Dinner, and the Halloween Arcade Night.
I genuinely loved being part of a society that brings people together both academically and socially. Seeing events come to life and watching members enjoy them motivated me to want to contribute even more. As Vice President, I hope to keep the fun and meaningful events going in the new year, to allow more students to bond over these events.
As Vice President, I aim to:
- Make sure members feel included, heard, and represented
- Maintain clear communication within the committee
- Making sure events run smoothly from planning to execution
Bioeng Society has been a huge part of my university experience, and especially important to me since I have had so much good memories at the past events. If you want more good events coming in consistently, please vote for me!
