I am Stef - penultimate year chemist, currently completing a placement year at AstraZeneca, running to be your RCSU President.
With over 3 years of Union experience, I have held the roles of RCSU VP (Activities), (Welfare), Culture Sector treasurer and am currently serving as the Chair of Sports Sector. I have worked several part time jobs at the Union including the Helpdesk and Team Leader at the Bars.

As your RCSU President I will support and work with the committee to bring about the following:
1) Education:
- Focus on assessment and feedback.
- More support for Industrial Placement/ Internship applications.
- Expand the alumni career panel and introduce a mentoring scheme.
- More resources on sustainable, efficient and responsible use of generative AI.
2) Welfare:
- More part time jobs, financial support and affordable housing.
- More prayer rooms on campus.
- More affordable meals.
- Consistent Mitigating Circumstances.
- International student and EDI representation.
3) Postgraduate representation:
- Last year, I introduced a new role of VP (Postgrads) to RCSU.
- Listen to Postgrad voices.
- Regular postgraduate only events.
- White City campus improvements.
4) Events:
- Regular, affordable and inclusive RCSU events.
5) Operations and Clubs & Socs:
- Science Challenge organisation.
- More RCSA (alumni) engagement.
- Better support for Departmental Societies and advocate for more efficient activities processes.
- Sustainability.
- Stunning Merch and Broadsheet.
