Hi, I’m Gareth, a first year biochemistry student running for election as an undergraduate FoNS council representative.
Being a student at Cheltenham, UK, for the last 5 years, I have had the privilege to serve as the president of the Science society and as a prefect at school. Through these experiences, I am well-versed in representing and voicing the needs across multiple cohorts.
As a representative, I will work closely with other members of the council to strive for the following:
- To ensure all voices are represented equally to address concerns from all departments within FoNS
- Transparent communication between council members and the Faculty, through regular feedback forms and open forums
- To make Council more accessible by representing minority groups and promote inclusivity
