Ai Niimura

Hello FemTech members! I am Ai, a third-year Bioengineer running for the role of Sponsorship Officer. Having been a subcommittee member this year, I deeply understand FemTech’s goals and operations and love the sense of community it offers. With my personable and friendly approach, I believe I can effectively represent the society and attract more sponsors, fostering a larger and more connected space.

As someone passionate about going into a career in FemTech, I am eager to introduce opportunities for individuals to explore this field. My vision for the society includes:

• Securing support from companies to host larger events, providing members with an opportunity to hear about a wide range of ideas.
• Responding to the demand from this year's FemTech conference by organizing events in bigger venues with catering.
• Establishing a platform for members to launch their startups, realising future entrepreneurs looking to go into the FemTech field.
• Increasing the frequency of workshops and events to raise awareness about FemTech.
• Hosting more socials for committee/sub-committee members.
