My name is Cristina, and I am currently a third-year Medical Biosciences with Management student. Over the past academic year, I have had the privilege of serving as the ICWB Head of Marketing. This experience has allowed me to engage with a diverse group of women who share a common interest in business, and I have loved it! Therefore, I am excited to run for ICWB Vice President for the 2024-2025 academic year.

As a candidate for VP, I am committed to supporting the President in cultivating a vibrant and inclusive community that empowers women in their professional journeys. With a solid foundation in Medical Biosciences and Management, coupled with practical experience in consulting and volunteering, I bring a unique blend of analytical skills, leadership, and compassion to the role.

My manifesto centres on three key pillars:

Operational Excellence: I will work closely with the President to streamline society operations, ensuring smooth coordination of events and activities. By leveraging my experience in consulting and project management, I will implement efficient processes to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.

Strategic Planning: I will contribute to the development of long-term growth strategies for the society, aligning our objectives with the evolving needs of our members.

Member Support: I will be a dedicated advocate for our committee members, providing guidance and assistance to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Through mentorship and collaboration, I will foster a supportive environment where every member feels valued.
