Rebecca Comley

Hi! I'm Rebecca, and I am running to be your Vice Captain for RSM Netball next year.

Since joining the club at the start of this year, I believe I have already progressed so far, and would love to be able to help anyone joining the club for the first-time next year to develop their skills while feeling confident and comfortable. I am willing to help the captain out in any way they might need me to, and to aid this I will work further on my skills leading up to next year to benefit drills and giving feedback to my teammates. This role also gives me the perfect opportunity to learn from the Captain, which I am eager to do. I will continue the dedication which I have shown this year to both training and matches.

Within this role, I would like to introduce a mixed team next year, whether through more friendlies, or into a league. This would give everyone a chance to play matches for us, learn new skills and feel a part of the club.

I would love to show how much I’ve learnt since joining RSM Netball, and I believe the best way for me to give back to the club and ensure its continuation into future years would to be your Vice Captain for next year!
