Hey everyone!

My name is Song. I am currently a second-year student, and I am excited to run for Secretary for Immunology!

I have been actively involved in administrative roles since my Secondary school years. I have experience in contacting and liaising with external companies to arrange visits, run fundraisers, hire service providers for a carnival, organise catering, plan itineraries, rent venues and contact speakers. This required good time management, organization skills and most importantly, teamwork with other members to ensure the logistics proceeded smoothly. I hope to use this experience as Secretary, in running and planning events like Quiz Night Social.

I also have learnt to use Canva (even got the Pro) to design thumbnails, use Premier Pro to edit videos and GIMP to edit photos. I believe this will be useful in any graphic design tasks.

I am confident in my adaptability, teamwork, availability and organizational skills to become a successful secretary. Thank you for considering my candidacy. I look forward to the opportunity to serve your next secretary!:))
