Hi, I am Olivia, I am a second-year biochemistry student, a Mind Charity Volunteer, a young carer ambassador, and of course an aspiring consultant.

My goals as vice president with a focus on corporate relations are to increase events with large corporations and add to the Imperial Consultancy Society sponsors list. In terms of the Consultancy Group, corporate relations play a huge role in who is willing to mentor and lead case studies; I will work alongside the Case Study Vice President to secure top mentors who will enhance your experience if you are lucky enough to secure a spot on a case study team!

I have been to more networking events than I can count hence I am very comfortable in a professional environment and discussing future opportunities with leading consultancy firms. Immersing myself in these environments did not come naturally at first and I hope that I can encourage those of you unsure about attending networking events, to dive into networking and gain the experience essential for the competitive nature of consultancy roles.

My aims will be:

- organizing events with sponsors aimed at those without a vast consultancy portfolio yet

- system to allow ICG alumni to build connections with recruitment teams more easily allowing for easier opportunities in the industry after graduation

- smaller networking events that focus on building closer connections instead of rotating rapidly around large events
