Nicole Yu

Hi everyone! My name is Nicole Yu, and I am running for Sexpression committee in the autumn elections! I've been volunteering with Sexpression since my first year at Imperial, and I look forward to taking part in more volunteering sessions and other activities this year! Aside from Sexpression, I'm also involved in other societies like Book Club, Science Fiction and Fantasy Society and Poetry Society! Whenever I have time to unwind from coursework, you'll most likely find me reading or writing!

I've been involved in various similar positions. I was the ICUsToo Collaboration lead last year, and I also organise activities like lunch gatherings and movie nights for Rainbow Bridge, an organisation within the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering which aims to provide a platform for the LGBTQ+ students and staff of the department! If elected, I will try my best to perform my duties, holding regular events that accomodate everyone and promoting a tighter relationship between Sexpression and the college. Please consider me for this position and thank you!
