Hi there, my name is Rosch and I'm a second year Medical student.

My interest in mental health isn't just academic. Navigating my own ADHD, dyslexia and dyspraxia has shown me how much difference awareness and understanding make. It has also shown me how much stigma still surrounds conditions people can't see. That's why the Open Minds Programme matters to me. As Lead, I'd develop initiatives that make mental health education engaging and approachable. That would include outreach projects, awareness campaigns and sessions that start honest conversations.

As Secretary of Sri Lankan Society, I learned how to coordinate a team, communicate with external partners and keep projects moving. Those are the skills I believe are needed to turn good ideas into real outreach.
