Kholidabonu Sobirjonova
Ever found out about an amazing opportunity… the day after the deadline?
At Business School, it happens far too often. Not because we don't care – but because everything lands in our inbox at once. I'm Kholidabonu – call me Bonu – a full-time MBA student, and I'm standing to fix that.
Here's my plan:
The Monday Brief. Every Monday, one short message with everything that matters this week: deadlines, applications, trips, events. Built with the programme team. Two minutes to read. Nothing missed.
Fair workload. Too many deadlines in one week? I'll push for better spacing across modules and make wellbeing support easy to find – because you matter more than your grades.
You said, we did. Tell me what's not working – by survey, drop-in or message. I'll work with course reps, take it to senior staff and report back on exactly what changed.
Why me? For four years at university, whenever classmates were struggling, I stayed late in the library helping them prepare for exams – half my class. Professionally, as Commercial Director and Head of Commercial Operations, I led teams and built partnerships across four countries. I know how to bring people together – and get things done.
Your MBA is too short to miss what matters. Let's make this year count.
