- actually listen to your feedback
- respond to your feedback as fast as jamie’s edstem responses
- I will be on campus (probably in labs) or checking my emails for your concerns
- problems induced by CP2/networks
- plan cool wellbeing events
- lack of microwave, hot chocolate, board games in common room
- come back and report the results asap
