As an international student from China who has studied in UK secondary schools, I deeply recognise the unique struggles faced by overseas students at Imperial — from academic transition and cultural adaptation to housing troubles and the daily difficulty of navigating university life. I've felt much of it myself, and I know I'm not alone.

Together, we're international students at Imperial, and we come from everywhere. This is what we stand for. We believe networking shouldn't feel like collecting contacts — it should mean actually knowing people and having each other's backs. We look out for the ones who find this place hardest: those struggling with the language, the money, or the culture. We don't measure ourselves by how well the loudest among us do, but by how many we bring along. We bring our languages, our food, our way of doing things — not to blend in, but because Imperial is better with them. So here's our promise: we support, we don't compete. We open doors, we don't close them. One world. One network. One Imperial.
