Year 2 is a big step up. The content is harder, the labs are longer (and at 9am), and the grades start to matter. You need a rep who'll hear you.

As Academic Rep, I’ll sit on student-staff committees, raise your concerns with staff, and push for real changes for all of our benefit.

What I’ll do:

• Collect feedback regularly through short surveys, in-person chats, and our year group chat. Feel free to reach out.
• Close the loop. After every committee meeting, I’ll share what was raised, what the department said, and gather your opinions.
• Push for clearer, timelier assessment feedback, who likes waiting?
• Practical improvements to lab sessions, lecture materials, and revision support - let's see if we can get those panopto delays down.

I won't be able to push for change without all of your help, so do your part and vote for Oscar; I'll do my best to bring our cohort to the top.
