Ferris Wu

I am Ferris, a year one student from Hong Kong. Having moved here in 2023, I am able to speak all 3 languages of Cantonese, Mandarin and English which means that I am able to communicate well with a wide range of students.

My aim, as an academic representative, is to provide a platform between the student body and the College. As the private tutor of more than 10 students from Year 7 to Year 13, I am extremely invested in learning how students absorb knowledge. I am very willing to listen to anyone who has an opinion or idea on how the course is delivered, which of course will be summarized and delivered to the department.

My methods for gathering opinions will be outlined here. Anyone will be able to contact me through school email, Whatsapp and many more platforms. I plan to run polls (which takes about 5 minutes to fill out) to gather opinions on how to improve the course delivery. Further, I intend to host meetings with students (groups or individuals) every week which allows me to gauge how everyone is doing by the week.

Thanks for reading.
