I believe that the club instagram can be better utilised as a way to keep members up to date on club events.

Consistent training posts, fixture and matchday posts, weekly/termly summaries of club events can be used to make sure everyone in the club knows what is going on.

Reels showing what happens at training could be a good way to show what we do to people at the university who are thinking of joining but dont know what to expect.
