Friends, teammates, and people who still owe me a round,

I'm running for Vice President, and unlike a dodgy LBW decision, this one's not up for debate.

Availability: President double-booked and a deputy's needed? I'm there. Want a chat about why we collapsed from 80-1? I'm there. I answer messages faster than our middle order folds against a bit of spin. You will never be left on "read."

Devotion: I bleed in club colours. I love this club. I think about it in the shower. I've got hours set aside every week, ring-fenced and ready, purely for committee admin. The emails nobody else wants to touch, booked into my calendar like a fixture itself.

Socials & attendance? I'm watching the register. I take attendance more seriously than the opposition takes sledging. Embargoes will be respected, fixtures will be properly staffed.

Training: I'll actually be there. Every session, on the sidelines or in the nets, a familiar face you can have a proper chat with. Whether it's a word about your form, a moan about your week, or just a laugh between balls, I'm someone you can talk to. No member left standing on their own.

So there it is. A vote for me is a vote for showing up, mucking in, and having a laugh while we're at it.
