Anita Kercsó-Molnár

Hungarian: Vice Chair

Hi Guys,

I'm Anita Kercsó-Molnár, a 2nd year JMC (Joint Math and Computer Science) student, currently the treasurer of the Hungarian Society.

I love the Hungarian community at Imperial, would love to continue to work with the commitee on strengthtening it. :)

I was born in Budapest, lived in Hungary my whole life before coming here to uni. Went to Fazekas, and Radnóti high schools, I've always enjoyed organising community events, from the Christmas gathering or New Years Eve party for my class, to board-game nights, just-dance parties or music quizzes - I would love to organise such events here.

Since we are a small society, I would also like to work with and co-organise events with other UK societies, like the now traditional Hyde Park sports day. :)

I see a potential expansion in inviting academic/professional speakers, famous Hungarians to our events - we are the best uni in London after all, or organising alumni events and increasing alumni reach-out.

Would like to provide a reliable support system for all Hungarians (esp freshers) where everyone feels welcome and included.

Supporting Larion for president. Rántott hús, túró rudi, PAPP!
