Ansh Sharma

My name is Ansh, and I am running to be your sponsorship secretary for 2026-27. I may not be a LinkedIn warrior, or a cut-throat quant. But note I did go to an international private school in Surrey. When I played LSE this year, I was torn to found their jersey sponsor is Infosys, a multi-billion dollar company. As your prospective sponsorship secretary, I will not only keep ties with our beloved current sponsors, but also compete with the inferior lads at LSE.

• Urge new mega sponsors that share a love for the game, including the MCC, GM, Gray-Nicolls etc. Because while we may be winning Varsity this year, we need to be ahead in mind games too.
• Build honest connections that stand the test of time, setting up the IC for years to come.
• Increase the value for members by an effort to reduce costs for you to train, play and enjoy socials.
• Create more networking events by going after big companies, so that YOU can network and meet professionals because you belong here.
• Reward high-performing players of this club to sponsors.

Me being sponsorship secretary will not only bring you value as a member of the IC, but be a phenomenal learning experience for me. I would love the challenge of representing the biggest club in Imperial, and doing it for something that I love so clearly like cricket. Please, vote Ansh!
