Civil Engineering: Events Officer

Hi - My name is Hannah and I’m currently a third year!

As someone with one of the highest civsoc attendance rates (five years of experience in fact ;)), a love for planning a party and an incredible ability to shop for a good deal, I think I would be a great CivSoc Events Officer.

If I win I promise to keep all of the events we know and love: seven bridges, boat party, pub quiz and Christmas dinner but I also want to add a couple of new ones:

CivSoc Study Sessions: ask you classmates and older year students for help and advice
CivSoc games/ team challenges
Movie Nights

I also promise to make sure you know all the details so you never miss a civsoc event by working hard with the marketing team as well as with the treasurer to keep costs as low as possible.

I want to also bring power to the people - so I propose votes on civsoc instagram on what events you want and what dates work best.
