After being on the CIVSOC committee as events officer last year, I'd love to be a part of the committee again next year.

I've enjoyed meeting new people and planning social events for the department this year.

As Secretary, I'd focus on keeping the society organised, connected, and accessible to all members. I aim to improve communication through regular updates, ensure every member is informed about opportunities and events, and help create a welcoming environment where students can develop professionally and socially.

I will work closely with the committee to organise engaging industry talks, site visits, and networking events, while maintaining efficient records and administration behind the scenes. My goal is to help the society run smoothly so that every member can make the most of their civil engineering experience.
