RUNNING FOR CO-STATION MANAGER WITH CAMERON THOMPSON !!!

Me and cam joined radio in our 2nd year (our show global FREAKwencies was a massive hit amongst our 5 friends).

We felt so welcomed by everyone in the society, it was so awesome to have a space to share music and creative ideas

Although we were both abroad this year, it gave us some more ideas on how to make radio EVEN cooler than it already is and next year we wanna bring the same close-knit community vibe, and give everyone a chance to participate!

Here are some more specific things that we plan to do:

• BRING BACK SOFAS IN STUDIO
• Expand the radio community + collaborate with other societies so that people with other creative interests (photography/videography/art) can get involved with different projects
• MORE EVENTS: advertise weekly open decks more + make them bigger, more collabs with different london bars where we can play sets, Dalston + Shoreditch pub crawl
• Hold workshops for producing, synth design etc.
• Bigger platform + more events for producers
• Physical tickets for events + physical ticket sales with music on Queens lawn to build some hype
• Music production challenge where participants have 4h to write and produce a song
• more live music stuff (bigger miniature tables?? average-sized tables??)
