Ekaterina Veter

I'm Ekaterina, a second-year Economics, Finance & Data Science student. My favourite thing to do is paint portraits, and I also love to experiment with new media and ways of making art - I have a slight scrapbooking obsession, and love an art gallery. All to say, I feel very at home in Art Club, and from life drawing sessions to painting in Hyde Park, it's been a highlight of my time at Imperial so far. I'd love to get more involved in a role I feel closely aligns with my background.

My priorities as Studio Officer would be:

A well-stocked, well-organised studio. I'll create a clear inventory so members always know what's available, and introduce a transparent request system so purchases reflect what people actually need most.

More materials, more media. I want to make sure the studio caters to everyone - whether you're into oils, charcoal, collage, pottery or anything in between. The more media available, the more creative everyone can be.

A welcoming creative space. The studio should feel inspiring to walk into. I'll work to keep it that way - tidy, well-equipped, and stocked with everything you need to bring your ideas to life.
