Hi everyone, I’m Zeynep and I’m running for Head of Publicity!

I went to many of MedTech’s events and enjoyed each one, it was clear how much effort goes into organising everything, and it gave me the chance to think about how they were promoted and what could be improved. Being an attendee showed me, as someone finding out about events online, how important strong publicity is.

I have experience managing four social media accounts with over 2,000 followers, and I have spent five years as a Public Relations Head and content creator for a robotics club, where I led branding and promoted projects and events. I’ve learned how to plan content properly, keep messaging consistent, and make sure promotions actually reach the right audience. I have also taken part in the subcommittees and committees of multiple societies, which gave me even more insight into big annual events and their promotions.

Canva, Figma, and Adobe are my hobbies, and I love designing all sorts of media! I would love to build a recognisable identity that reflects the innovation of MedTech.
